The apartment a 10 minute drive from the main Union Street in Aberdeen,with local shops, bars and restaurants. The train and Bus Staion is a 15 minute drive and Aberdeen International Airport a 20 minute drive.

Check In/Check Out: Check In is available from 15:00pm. Check Out is at 10:00am.
Check In Procedure/Key Collection: This property operates a meet and greet service. Please provide an estimated time of arrival prior to Check In.
Pets Policy: No Pets Allowed
Child Friendly Facilities: High Chairs and Travel Cots are available on request at an additional cost of £10 Per Night.
Extra Bed Facilities: Extra Beds are available for children only, on request, at an additional cost of £20 Per Night.

Important Information
Reservations
All bookings must be paid in full prior to arrival
A valid credit or debit is required to be register for all bookings
Valid photographic ID and card used to pay for the booking must be shown at check in
A pre-authorisation deposit of £100.00 may be taken at check in if we deem to be necessary
Virtue Apartments reserve the right to decline any reservation, both before or during booking; that causes us significant concern, with a refund in any such circumstances being at our discretion.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check In: 3pm
Check Out: 10am
The latest check in time under normal circumstances is 10pm – later check in times can be arranged if agreed with Virtue Apartments prior to arrival
Early check in or late check out is possible but cannot be guaranteed on arrival or departure day.
If this is required, guests can book early check in and/or late check out for a charge of £25.00 each, this must be booked in advance and subject to availability.
Occupants
The number of adult guests in an apartment must not exceed the maximum occupancy for that apartment, as detailed below:
Studio: 2 adults
1 Bedroom: 2 adults
2 Bedroom: 4 adults
3 Bedroom: 6 adults
If the number of guests in any apartment exceeds this number Virtue Apartments will insist on guests vacating the apartment.
Smoking
As with all public buildings in Scotland, no smoking is permitted within any of the apartments. Virtue Apartments reserve the right to charge a £180.00 deep cleaning fee for any breach of this policy.
Availability
If Virtue Apartments are unable to accommodate you in the apartment that was originally booked, we will relocate you within the company at no additional charge.
Damages and Costs
If any damages have been caused within the apartment during your stay, please contact Virtue Apartments as soon as possible. Guests are responsible for any damages and the card registered on the booking will be charged for any damages caused.
If the apartments are left extremely dirty, what we would deem to be beyond normal use, a deep cleaning charge of £180.00 is applicable.
If an excessive amount of rubbish is left within the apartment, a rubbish removal charge of £25.00 is applicable.
Lost Property
Virtue Apartments are not responsible for guests own property which is lost or damaged during their stay.
All items left by guests in apartments are kept in our lost property for 14 days after departure.
Guests can collect their lost property or can be posted to them at their own cost.
Maintenance
If there is a maintenance issue or something not working within the apartment, please contact our reception / office. We will have this rectified as soon as possible, if we are unable to rectify this immediately we will offer to move you to a new apartment.
Emergencies
If you have an emergency in the apartment regarding plumbing, heating or electricity out of hours please contact the emergency numbers displayed within the apartment.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact Provide Apartments as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy will depend on the rate that you have booked, please refer to your booking confirmation.
