I’ve lost my booking confirmation – can you send me a new one?

Of course we are always happy to help and can provide you with a new booking confirmation with a few details of your booking.

Alternatively, once you have made your booking your booking in your member’s area will be activated and upon sign in of your account you will be able to re-send your confirmation to the email address which you booked with

In the case of certain properties, you may be advised to contact the property to obtain a new booking confirmation.

What is the minimum and maximum length of stay which I can stay for in a Serviced Apartment?

Each Apartment has different terms and conditions with regards to the minimum and maximum length of stay available in the property.

You can choose from one of our many Serviced Apartments, and stay from one day until you are happy to leave!

I have found the apartment I want – but now I would like to add an additional apartment. How can I do this?

Adding an additional apartment to your current booking depends at what stage of the booking process you are.

If you have already booked your apartment, please contact a member of our team on +44(0)208 0902290 or info@provideapartments.com and we can look to make and confirm your required amendments and adapt this in your booking confirmation.

If you are in the search process and are yet to book your stay, at Step 1 of the booking process before you reach the apartments there is an option to ‘Modify Your Search.’  By selecting to modify your search you can increase the number of rooms which you are searching for.  This will re-generate your search results in Step 1 of the booking process and allow you to continue to Step 2 with several apartments.

BOOKING PROCESS - THE STAGES

 

Step 1.  Use the web site to search for a serviced apartment / accommodation using the navigation features (By Apartment Type, Cost, Facilities, Number of Guests and Preferred Locations).  Alternatively you can contact a member of our customer support team and use the wealth of knowledge and experience to discuss your specific requirements.


Step 2. Once you have selected your chosen property you will be presented with two options

a] ‘Enquire’ – an enquiry will be submitted via the web site and will be responded by customer support via email or telephone.

b] Book now – You are able to submit a ‘booking request’ for the chosen property and include the names of all guests, contact information and credit/ debit card information to facilitate the booking of the requested apartment.

Step 3. Payment information (credit/ debit card), will then be securely obtained and will allow us to proceed with the booking of the requested apartment –subject to confirmation of availability and confirmed rates.
