What ways can I pay for the apartment/s (Debit/Credit Card and Bacs)

The terms of payment and approved means of payment will always be included on the individual property descriptions, with the ‘Property Terms & Conditions’.  Some property locations do not have an onsite reception and payment will need to be processed prior to arrival, alternatively onsite receptions may not have the capability to process payment directly. 

Please refer to the property terms and conditions which clearly states the approved credit/debit cards that are accepted (see example below) and the applicable fess that may be incurred when paying by card.  All applicable charges relating to processing payment by card are set by the property owners and in the case of refunds these fees may not be refunded.



What personal and payment information is required to book an apartment?

When booking an apartment we are required to collect the following information to guarantee / process your booking with the reservations/management team of the chosen apartment/property.

Required Information:

-          Guest name/s

-          Email address

-          Telephone number/s

-          Full billing address information of the card holder.

-          Payment information

-          Special Request / Requirements

We will not pass your personal information on to any other third party

When do I pay for the booking / apartment?

When making a booking with Provide Apartments we will need to obtain your debit card or credit card information and this will be securely forwarded to the reservations/management team at the chosen apartment to guarantee your booking.  Depending on the apartments policies, you may be required to pay for the apartment prior to or upon arrival. 

There may be some instances that the apartment provider may require a deposit to be charged or authorise payment at the time of booking - this will be advised within the properties ‘Terms and Conditions/Policies’ and is usually based on the duration of stay or time between booking and staying in the apartment.  Please note payment will always be processed by the apartment directly and not by ourselves.

Would payment be made to Provide Apartments via the website?

The answer is NO.  You will make the reservation with us and we will securely pass your debit/credit card information to the apartment booked to guarantee your reservation.  Your payment will be made directly to the property as per the terms / conditions and booking policy of the apartment on the web site.  Payment may be required at the time of booking, in advance of the arrival date or in some cases upon arrival at the property.
